Job Scope

- Conceptualise, design and prepare architectural drawings in appropriate media including 3D renderings for proposed or closed client engagements.
- Joint calls/prospecting with sales for client presentations and pitches
- Service client requests, maintain high quality client communication and to undertake material purchases with clients for projects when so requested
- To work with project managers during the life cycle of turnkey projects where the designer has lead on concept and design
- To undertake various design works as may be required by the company


Requirements

- Good diploma / degree in interior design or interior architecture. Fresh graduates may apply.
- Strong technical knowledge in various design software and applications e.g. Autodesk 3ds Max, Autocad, Photoshop etc.
- Demonstrable ability to conceptualise, visualize and communicate compelling ideas and designs internally within the firm and externally to clients
- Additional language skills in Chinese (Mandarin and various dialects) would be an advantage
