I will be offering a 3 week series of Kid's yoga & dance sessions for children ages 5-8 years old starting from this Sunday (16 Oct).
Dates: Oct 16, 23, 30
Time: 10 - 11:15am
Venue: Ananda Marga MacPherson (439A MacPherson Road 368150)
Fees: $20 per class
I am an experience kid's yoga teacher and have received Dance Movement Therapy training in New Zealand/UK. My class incorporates the elements of yoga, movement, dance, storytelling and music to improve concentration, stay calm - to be free, creative, self-expressive and have FUN
