Lean Pork Congee with Apple and Egg

Peel apple and remove core. Dice & wash.
Wash lean pork. Scald half of pork in boiling water briefly and drain. Chop the remaining half finely (season with abit of cornstarch to make it softer).
Wash egg. Boil in hot water till done. Remove egg white. Set aside 1/2 egg yolk.
Wash rice and drain.
Put all ingredients (except egg yolk) into a slow cook and set on high for about an hour and switch to auto or low until congee is to your preferred texture.
Add mash egg yolk and serve.
The uncut pork is only to enhance taste of congee.
Cooking with HOT water will speed up the cooking time.
