the dosage will lower down ONLY when u rch ur target weight already so i dun tink within 1-3 visit the dosage will start lower down so fast.

u mean fm the 2nd consultation with Dr John, you only need to pay for the pills only ? May I know how much is he charging for the Panbesy Plus ?

for me if i take panbesy plus for 1 month supply it cost 3o bucks... i have no idea how much dr john will charge u

Not sure n depend if doc prescribe any other pills for u or not as sum take lesser pills while sum take more pills.

Xenical is a big NO NO ! very er xin loh.. 1-2weeks later, will auto fart oil out.. uncontrollable.. i stopped to take it within a week.. very yucky~
anyway i'm going to see dr. john today~ 53.2kg as per wat i weighed this morning.. only 1kg+ loss this 25days.. hope he dun scold me cos i'm reducing my dosage mahx... =X

i've checked with some frens who took penbassy and most had faster heart palpitation, giddyness, nausea.

I've not taken any rice these past 5 days. Meals consists of just fish, veggies, potato soup. Snacking on apples/pears/grapes in between. And have been going for brisk walking with my kiddos twice a day. Did these when i was working and after i just gave birth to my No.2 in 2004. Shed off the spare parts within 6 mths.
Now with 3 kiddos, like a bit lazy to do lor. But gonna start using the same formula. Hope it works now. Slimming pills on hold for now. Scared of the side-effects.

i just try eat 2day.seem quite ok.other than thirsty,a bit dizzy no other side effect yet.....

hi,this my latest update....
Everything is alrite now.not much side effects liao....e happiest part is my weight really go down in tis few day....some days i didn't eat rice or jus eat about 3-4spoon rice.e rest is veg,fish,soup....hope my weight will continue to go down & my thigh & tummy too.......

Ok, for me i've decided i'll do w/o pills. Worried if get something like Andrea De Cruz case.
Well, it is really going to be a super-slow weight loss for me. In fact, the past 3 weeks, my meals are only wholemeal bread, veggies, fish soup, steam stuff and fruits. I've lowered down my MILO chocolatey intake with less sugar and choco powder. When i am out, i have been opting for porridge. (yikes) Think i'll read more on how to go less carb meals.
Physical activities, more running around with the kids at the park and more brisk walking. Sit-ups and push-ups (tough man!!!). Just started on my slow jog too.
Recent outcome: Seriously, i feel lighter. Just two days ago, I could fit in one of my jeans which used to be 'ouch-supertight'

How's everyone's progress already? I bet XX should rch her target already or even very soon since May is coming.
As for me yst juz went back to Dr John Chiam as i finished my medicines already. Tried on his weighting machine 63kgs currently which the very 1st time i came is 80kg so manage to shed off 17kg within 4mths n for tat doc told me it is very gd already.
Doc almost wan to cut my dosage already as i am reaching my target soon but i told him i wan my weight to go down sumore till 55kg n initially he dun really like the idea coz BMI is 18.6 which is almost the BMI for underweight but after much persuades frm me he gif me the green light.
Doc told me by 58kg haf to reduce the dosage slowly so tat my body can adjust to normal if nt by 55kg cannot straight away stop medications which will cause the weight to bounce back. I will juz follow watever dr john chiam advise to me as i believe he knws wat is best for me. :tlaugh:

I am a mother of a very naughty 1 yr old boy
My height is 165cm i weigh 46.2kg... ya sounds lk i m underweight rite
BUT BUT BUT i dun look lk!!! Can i ask after we give birth is it true that our hips there
will bcom bigger?? Every part of my body looks thin BUT my tummy is NOT!!!
Is there any way to save my tummy?? Does firming cream really work??

as for me.. currently abt 52kg.. haven reach target.. LOL!! total weight loss as of now is 18.5kg.. felt very happy le but believe can do better to enhance myself.. cheerios~! Gambate all~ =D

hihi.. u can do sit up or crunches to slim down yr tummy.. firming cream is for enhancing & muz use on daily basis.. if u got the patience.. discipline.. sure can de.. gambate~! =)

At least for me my hip is much bigger after my son's birth.
I heard sit up is gd for making tummy smaller but no idea is it really useful for u or nt. Heard haf to do at least 50 sit ups per day n everyday haf to do it.

aiya nvm lah at least when u take ur wedding shoots it will look great wif the figure u haf now compare wif last time~ I believe those fotos will look swee swee one.

i think i'm actually quite hengz.. cos even though giving birth but my hip is quite ok.. when i'm @ the fattest.. it's abt 38", now my hip is like 32".. be it hipper short or skirt, i wear sure drop.. =X cos average hip size is abt 34" - 36" if i'm not wrong? therefore i do not have hour glass figure oso.. cos no hip no butt.. =(
