Right now I'm applying for universal loans and I find it all confusing,I know you can get a down payment depending on the amount you're entitled to, but does the down payment include housing benefits? Child tax benefits, etc.? or is it just for ESA/income support? Any help would be appreciated, tried calling universal credit, but it didn't help much
