Looking for physics tutor

Hi,I'm a student who will be taking Olevel this year. Physics is my weakest subject as I couldnt understand what my teacher is teaching and reading the textbook doesnt really help me much. So I would like to find someone who is able to teach me patiently and pull up my grade before Olevel
• Preferably below $20/h if possible as im not able to spend much on tuition.
• Held at library/other conducive environment/your house
• At woodlands area
