Low-Sodium, Low-Fat, Turkey Meatloaf

Place loaf into a shallow pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour, remove foil and spread 2 tablespoons of catsup over the top of the load. Return the loaf to the oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
