I had been a teacher in a SAP Primary school in Toa Payoh for 10.5 years as of Dec 31 2011. It was 10 fun and fruitful years.
I had to leave the service due to my diagnosis of certain learning needs of my 2 younger ones and decided teach them myself and time is what MOE can't give me.
Since beginning of this year I have been conducting Maths Group Tuition Classes (Max 8 pax) to Primary 2 to Primary 6 at Toa Payoh Lor 7, Blk 10B (Home Environment). I have taught the weakest and the really smart pupils in my 10 years in the service and have developed ways and techniques to empower pupils to excel in the exams.
For P5 and P6 I have 2 types of classes.
'A' Classes are for those who want to get that A or A star
'B' Classes are for those who are failing and want to just pass, though my goal for them by the end of the year would be to at least get a B
($180/mth) P2 - Mon from 0900 - 1030
($180/mth) P3 - Wed 1415 - 1545 / Thu 1615 - 1745
($200/mth) P4 - Wed 1615 - 1745 / Thu 1415 - 1545
($220/mth) P5A1 - Tue 1415 - 1545 / P5B1 1615 - 1745 / P5A2 Fri 1615 - 1745
($240/mth) P6A1 - Mon 1415 - 1545 / 6B1 Mon 1615 - 1745 / P6A2 1615 - 1745
