Mediation / Lawyer for divorce matter

I'm filing divorce soon. My friend told me to go for mediation for divorce matter (is free), anyone went through this successfully?

Any ladies here are in the midst in filing for divorce?

Anyone has recommendation to lawyer who can help to only prepare affidavit and other documents for submission without attend court hearing.

Thank you for youIt depends on the situation. I am divorced and I was married for fourteen years. I was happy but in the last five years of marriage, he changed a lot. He started to be so cold and so narcissistic. He also came late after work and I always was thinking that he is cheating, I was thinking a lot about the pros and cons of divorce. I wanted to be sure that I want to do it, and after years I will not regret it. We didn't have the necessity of having a lawyer because he agreed with me, and he understood why I want to divorce. Now we are friends and we come to each other's birthdays. r experience!
