Milk Intake for 33 months Toddler (going to 3YO)

Hi there, I am just wondering how much is enough for toddler?

My DD's time-table is:-

7am
210ML FM

8.30am
breakfast cereal or bread
water

10am
210ML FM

1pm
Porridge
water

4pm
210ML FM

5.30pm
Snacks
apple juice

7pm
Porridge dinner

She also started to go to school and I'm trying to change the schedule to the school...
School said no milk at 10am..

how should i best change it?

any advice?

It is recommended for toddlers 1-3 years to drink around 2 cups of milk a day (500ml), but even this much exceeds the RDI for calcium. A lot of sources say toddlers need 600ml of milk but this is a little much for young toddlers, usually recommended for 4+ years.

Also, from 12 months cows milk will do as there isn't any real need for formula milk since they get most of their nutrients from food sources. Over here toddler/child formula milk is discouraged as it is mostly for formula companies to suck more money out of parents :001_302:

My Younger one is 27mth old feeding schedule:Born in 2009

8am- Breakfast- Cereal/ Eggs/ Sausages/Bread/Pancakes etc
10am Snack- Snack with vitagen added water
12-pm Lunch
1.30 260ml milk
4.30- Snack
6.30- Dinner
8.30pm- 260 ml milk
4.30am-260ml milk
Daily abt 1litre of water

My elder one Daycare
41mths

8am - Breakfast and 7 goats milk tablets
11AM- Lunch in sch
12.30- 180ml milk
3.30 - Snack in sch
6.30- Dinner
8.30- 300ml milk
