wao. i think its very reasonable pricing. is it a 3rm/4rm or 5rm flat? so the 30k+ includes floor tiles? fittings and fixtures? able to share? I am going for my first appt mid of this month. getting my keys probably in Jan'11. Also looking around for reno designs.

Mine is a 4rm(95sqm), the 30K+ is mainly on e design, fitting & fixture(furniture & electrical appliances not included). i hacked few walls, one of it is between e living & kitchen which u can see in e pic.
So which place u be getting?

I got a resale 3rm flat at west coast. tried 8 times balloting with HDB over 2 years but cant get any at all. -_-" so end up get a resale else im going to deliver in FEb nx year already and i dont have extra room for my baby girl at my current inlaws place.
Yes...& moreover e design is so much better than mine!!
Hahaaa~anyway my designer did suggest this idea to me initially too, but i drop this idea as thought e conventional kitchen is much better in sense(kinda regret now)
Maybe u can dial him up and meet up with him these few days before he hand e key to e owner as i went up today after jogging and see is already in e final phase of e reno.
Btw, e design concept I seen is Victoria style.

icic.. i should be getting my keys in Jan. But now preg, dunno whether should do reno right aft i get my keys or should wait till i deliver. haiz. some say must wait till 100 days aft delivery then can do reno. i also dunno how sia.
anyway, thanks! will dial him up when we decide when to start reno.. =)
