no-bake cheesecake

crush the biscuits into tiny crumbs and mix them with the melted butter
press the biscuit crumbs into a foil-pie pan and put it in the freezer for at least 10min to set
mix the gelatine according to the instructions on box/bottle/packet but use less water
mix the creamcheese, gelatine and the flavour you chose for your cheesecake together and pour into your prepared biscuit-crumb crust
refridgerate (not in freezer) for at least an hour before serving

Thanks for the recipe, I will try this at home this coming weekend and I am really excited to make this for my family. I will surprise my family with their favorite cheesecake. I love no bake cakes because it is very easy to make and I don't need oven just to make them.
