No Morning Sickness During First Trimester

Hi Mom to be, I am currently 4-5 weeks pregnant. I haven't seen a gynae yet but an appointment has been made to see a gynae around 6-7 weeks timing.

However, other than sore breasts and nipples, I do not experience any other symptons.

I read that experiencing nausea is part and parcel and it is a good indication of a good pregnancy, but I am not experiencing it yet.

Should I be of concern?

Every woman experiences it differently..best to just wait and see results of blood test or scans.
Throughout all 3 of my pregnancies I didn't have morning sickness. Just a bit of nausea throughout the day but no vomiting.

Just occasionally very sore boobs, a lot of gas (keep burping), hunger pangs, can't really sleep well.. Tightening feeling at stomach ..?
