I saw the other thread on the free online printable resources. I admit it's quite good. However, can I check if anyone could share of online educational games where kids can play and learn at the same time?

Thanks in advance.

check this:beestar.org. a curriculum-based online programs for school kids. The 2 exercises every week are always cute. Many kids from different states can compete here. It’s amazing!

This is what you are looking for? I have taken these from some schools. This is a list of some of the websites recommended by the school math teachers to their pupils. Some of the websites appear more than once and this shows that those websites are very highly recommended.

Sorry if some of the links do not work as these resources have been taken down quite some time ago.

Hi,

this is a good site for EMS subjects.

iKnowthat.com - Online Multimedia Educational Games for Kids in Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary Grades

Subscription is needed now. The edu-games were free until some time back. My 4 year old son enjoys "Leon the Chameleon" math game cum stories. For science, they even have a virtual simulator whereby the older child get to "explore" the ocean and search out the ocean animals.

Another of my favorite sites are Games Main Sections - TVOKids.com and PBS KIDS: Educational Games, Videos and Activities For Kids!

These 2 sites have some really great learning games for lower primary kids.

I just like to share my son's favourite online game with you, it is Kinder Hangman iPhone App that is specially envented for kids. It is a game of educational type and my son always plays it with a pleasure.
