Pickup & Delivery

Is there a work around for the missing pickup & delivery? My friend still has it and uses it, but mine is gone. I do most of my shopping through the pickup. Any suggestion?

Delivery includes a lot of rules, but however I did not know that there is an instruction for this, what is included there?
