Thanks for all the replies. Yes, I've decided to divorce him and throw him out of our lives for good. I've actually went down for first appointment at legal aid already. I believe we will have a better and happier life without him.

You can get temporary shelter at shelter homes for women who are abused.

Services for Women in Need - Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports

You can go to the FSC and insists you need a shelter. If you have proof of abuse, eg marks on your body, on your children's bodies, or voice record of him threatening your life, you can get help more quickly. And you can seek MP's help too.
