I've been breastfeeding for 7 months now and my supply has been decreasing because I want to stop. Right now, I'm pumping 80ml per day. My menses has not resume yet.
I understand that there will be a change in hormones when breastfeeding stop. Is that the reason why I feel so depressed for the past week? I get upset over small problems and it's irritating me and my hubby. On normal menses before I got pregnant, I do get such irrational emotions during PMS. So I do not know whether there is a link here.
Anyone with similar experience please share! I think i need to see a doc for my PMS. it's really bad.
