In my case I will hide my ip address if ever I will download bit torrents in my pc. In downloading we violate rules such copyright infringement and internet piracy, and we should be aware of these things. In hiding my IP address I use virtual private network such as [FONT=&amp]hidemyass.com[/FONT]. Well we can use other free proxy websites if we don't want the vpn's, such as free proxy server and etc.

Personally i hidden my ip to avoid ip ban while playing any game.Through the VPN service i hidden my ip.After that i checked my new ip using Ip-details.com
