Postnatal and Prenatal Pilates for Mummies in February!

Hey Mummies!

There's new postnatal pilates session starting 3 February in Woodlands at a home studio (only 5 sessions). There are also props like the fitness circle and flex bands etc. Just need to bring own mat and sticky socks.

Prenatal pilates sessions will be at a studio in Farrer Park starting 10 Feb only for 4 sessions. Props including fitness ball and weights etc. No need to bring mat for this class as it is a studio.
