Just want to find out : did anyone of you develop rashes after the massage ?
I got lots of tiny red spot (like little pimples),as per my massage lady, it's the fats breaking down. Just need to apply cold cream and it will be gone after a few days. But, I developed too much on tummy and tighs, and they itch like hell, disturb my sleep.
End up, went to see doctor (GP first then Dermatology specialist), both said is Eczema. And I'm allegic to the herb, oil etc. Now got to take medication and lotion and use the mild soap prescribe to subside the rashes. Can't even go jogging as heat will trigger it back.
So sad... got to delay slimming plans. Worse still, got Eczema which I know it very troublesome and difficult to cure.
