Really enjoyed reading this https://junkasia.com/2018/06/21/mitchell-lin-guide/. Have not been to many Michelin establishments in SG because I find it hard to trust those "inspectors" to know what's good and palatable in this country.
Hopefully this guide becomes a frequent thing so it helps with differentiating the better Michelin restaurants worth spending our hard earned money on.
