Recommendation of lawyers

Hey ladies! Am in the middle of condo/apartment hunting so am on the lookout for a lawyer to draft the S&P and such. Any recommendations?

If you are rental it, the agent will be able to get it drafted for you.

if you are buying it, you could use lawyer provided by the bank (the one which you are going to get loan from) and usually you could negotiate to wave the fee (since you are taking loan from them)

Thanks for the heads-up! Am buying so I checked with the agent and he said the same as well - recommended that have the same lawyer handle the paperwork for the loan and the purchase of the house coz it'll be cheaper.
