Come join us to understand more about the brain this December holiday! The Clinical Brain Lab, Psychology, Nanyang Technological University, is conducting a study to understand dyslexia better through looking at brain functions. The study has been approved by both NUS and NTU ethics board.[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT]

[FONT=Times New Roman,serif][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif]We are currently inviting children between 7 to 10 years old with or without dyslexia to take part in this research in December 2015.

[FONT=Times New Roman,serif][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif]There are two phases involved in the study. The first phase will include [FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif]a [/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif]behavioural session that will take approximately 2 hours and can be conducted at a location of convenience to you. The second phase will involve a brain scan[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif] in[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif] a MRI scanner and will be conducted at the Clinical Imaging Research Centre (Near Kent Ridge MRT). The second phase take[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif]s[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif] approximately 3 hours. A token sum of $10 and $50 for the 1st and 2nd phases of the study[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif],[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif] respectively[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif],[/FONT][FONT=Segoe UI,sans-serif] will be provided.[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT]
