I am considering placing my 18mo to either mulberry or star learner at tanjong pagar. I am more keen to put her at mulberry, however I have read more negative feedbacks about mulberry despite it being more expensive.
Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience with either of the 2 centres in terms of the turnover rate of the teachers, whether the teachers are caring and qualified and also the curriculum of the schools
