Salsa dancing

Hello!

Any mummies doing salsa in this forum?

I'm dancing salsa socially but my husband doesn't. I'm trying to get him to learn but he is too shy and not a dance person. He doesn't even dare to try during a free salsa workshop.. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get him try, tell me!

If there are mummies who does salsa, let's go salsa social together!

And if there is anyone interested to learn, pm me. I can recommend places for you to learn and we can practice the dance together. =)

Haha. I know what you mean!

I've done salsa before (really really long ago). Actually i do other sorts of dance (mostly ballet and lyrical jazz) but my husband has 2 left feet! Haha. Trying to get him to dance is always 99.99% NO WAY!

But somehow i managed to persuade him to attempt a lesson of Dancesport trial workshop with me. And we did 1 term of Social dance at the CC before.

I made it my birthday wish. Or Christmas present. Haha. That's my trick

My hubby and I had salsa lessons too before we got married, up to intermediate level, but forgotten most of it already. Haha..
We also went to the club at Amara @tanjong pagar but the dancers there are so pro, we felt intimidated and end up just watching. Haa...

TS, the thread is already 2 years old, are you still salsa-ing?
