Hi mummies,
i am hiring a maid to take care of my 3yo and 2mth child.
During the day time, maid will be sent over to my mil place. So maid needs to assist my mil in taking care of the 2mth baby and household chore. As I will be returning to work soon, I hope to set some schedule so that mil can use to ask maid to do work in the day. At night, maid and children will return to my place. Can expect the maid to do some light housework for us?
Can anyone share what are the duties/timetable and house rules set for your maid to do? Mil will be the main caretaker for 2mth baby.
