Supplements during Confinement

Hi,
I took tonic drink daily for 30 days to replace plain water, and on top of that, included a Tonic soup /supplement daily.
i bought it from a neighbourhood's TCM near my mum's place, which I visited since I'm young.
They have a few types of packages for you to consider. Which is excellent as There's more room for consideration for my pocket.......
The one that I took has included 30days of bath herbs and daily tonic.
I heard from my GFriends that famous TCM packages can cost a bomb if u were to get their middle to top range packages.

Can take some confinement herbal soup during your confinement period. Can easily buy the herbs from TCM shop.
