A subsidiary of EN Group which oversees brands including Aburi-EN, Rakuen and Yakichi, Tamago-EN is eccentrically egg-centric, relying very much on eggs imported direct from Okinawa (they reputedly being so fresh eating them raw ain't no biggie) to add heft to various rice/noodle dishes sold. Even elaborate, glitzy furbelows of chicken embryology fanatically adorn its restaurants' interiors, whilst plush, deep yolk-colored booth seats beckon enticingly. Talk about crafting a different dining "eggmosphere".
An extensive in-house menu made available will have patrons spoilt for choice: sandwiches, salads, omurice, donburis, desserts. Established since July 2019, Tamago-EN presently operates outlets across Singapore as well as Hong Kong (Yuen Long, Mong Kok and North Point).
