My cousin's tooth sprouted at 3 months old. Some babies even born with tooth.
4 months old is fine. :)

My boy started sitting reclined at high chair at about 3-4 months old. He'd very strong neck (lifted & turned head while tummy down at 1-2 weeks old, which shocked me). When baby's neck is very stable, can try Bumbo, for very short period only. Good to wait till the body is ready.

i let him try bumbo at 4mth+ but his neck wasnt strong enough so i let him try again at 5mth+. i think it all depends on how strong ur baby's neck is. make sure his neck is not 'swinging' ard when u place him in the bumbo.

Yes, the baby can be teething now. The Best Teether site mentions that teething can start as early as 3 months or as late as 18 months! If he gets fussy, try rubbing his gums with you finger. If that calms him, then definitely teething. Also lots of drooling when teething.
