Underwired bra for breastfeeding mums..

i know that mums who are breastfeeding are advised not to wear underwired bras, as it can cause blocked ducts... especially during the early months when milk supply is unstable.

does this mean that as long as one is breastfeeding, she cannot wear underwired bras? if not, then when can start wearing again?

underwire bra makes it difficult to breastfeed & do cause blocked ducts, thus bf bra. After you're not bf anymore

Best after you finish breastfeeding... but then again, only in Singapore I found nursing bras with underwire...so it's quite confusing.

I'm so used to wearing wire-free bra for the past 2 years (got pregnant while breastfeeding) that I don't think I could go back to underwire bras I don't think I will be going back for years to come as I'm hoping to breastfeed continously :001_302:
