Upright positions of strollers

When can I let my Ds sit on a more upright position instead of the inclined position he has been lying on since birth ?

I only let Brayden try sitting upright position when he's able to fully support his neck . But he was still slouching to one side . Subsequently , he got use to it and now can sit in the most upright position of the stroller .
( Combi stroller has 3 different positions : Lieing dwn , Slight upright position and ji tao upright one . ) :001_302:

bb can be upright around 5-6mths. half lie-down position not upright or fully recline at 2-3mths so bb can see surrounding when out instead of seeing just the sky or the stroller sunshade.

I check with PD . He said a bit upright is alright once baby can support his neck . But totally upright should be when he's able to sit without support so as not to hurt his spine .
