Hi mummies, I need some advises from you as I really dont't know how to help my aunty.
She is already divorced with her useless hubby but still staying together. A hubby that never work for many years, everyday take money from her to gamble, buy cigarette. If wife dont't give, he will go her workplace make trouble for her, shouting at her in public. They have 2 children, 19 and 16 yrs old. both are still studying and they are the one who persuade their mum to leave their dad.
So now the hubby want 50% of the money if they sell their house. but contribution wise, the hubby only pay 20k and wife paid 100+k by cpf when they bought the house and monthly deduction is from wife's cpf account. My aunt is still waiting for the judge decision regarding the housing matter because she dont't want to give 50% to her ex hubby and kids custody will go to my aunt.
2 days ago, while we are having dinner, the hubby went to the coffeeshop and keep shouting at her to ask her go hm to see agent and sign the agreement form to sell the house so they can split 50% each but my aunt doesn't want to sign. So he begin making a did not at the coffeeshop, i called the police and they escort him home and warn him not to come down to the coffeeshop again but 5 mins later, he came down again and shout at me saying who am i to interfere their domestic problem. I told him, they are already divorce and this is counted as harrassment so I call the police again and he ran away. When i ask the police for advice, they say they can't do anything at all!! The only thing i can do is to file a civil suit against him for threatening me in public. In this case, what can my aunty do to prevent him from harassing her again.
This morning, my god daughter called me again telling me their dad is banging their door , shouting at them and their mum is not around. So i advise her to lock their room and call the police.
Every 2-3 days, he will stalk his wife, following her around and shouting at her in public because he owe credit company and loanshark money and he want to borrow money from her to pay all the debts.
If engage a lawyer to sue him, i think it will cause my aunty to spend more money and it's also useless right?
I really hope he can just vanish from the earth so that my aunty will have a peaceful life. :shyxxx::shyxxx::shyxxx:
