Would really appreciate your advice. We are moving to SG for a few years and are eyeing a lovely walk-up HDB unit on the 3rd floor. I dont't really see a problem bringing baby up and down because we have an Ergobaby carrier (which is AWESOME btw), but I was wondering whether any SG mommies have parked strollers at the ground floor area/ bicycle parking area before (with a chain/covered with a protective layer)? I do use a lightweight 5kg Graco Citilite stroller but was thinking that it would be even easier if I could park the stroller on the ground floor.
