Wat week is consider premature baby?

I've read afew mummies forum about giving birth before 40weeks and they consider their baby premature birth? then i also heard if first child we tend to give birth eariler so its consider premature baby also uh??
Im confuse here.. so how many weeks is consider premature?? :err:

When your baby is enter 37 weeks is consider full-term...

So, the baby before 37 weeks is consider pre-mature baby..

But I think if your baby everything is all right, the padestrian will still let your baby discharge with you.. :001_302:

babies born before 36-37weeks is considered pre-mature, but i heard that as long as baby is more than 2kg usually will discharge together with the mommy.

Actually for first babies it is more likely to be past the EDD than to be earlier.

37 weeks is full-term already. Anytime before is premature.

depends on which ctry also..in USA the bench mark is 38 weeks.Anything b4 tht is premature.
