Hi Prayinghard, I saw a lot of Pp from many forums tried ways & means but strike so easily, and here we are struggling so hard, ivf is taking a toll on my relationship in terms of finance and emotional, i really hope someday God will be fair to us and let us carry our baby! I really need a lot of multivitamins as I take a lot of junk food!
Too many brands out there in unity, Watson. Guardian and GNC... Wat brands u ladies usually take? Ur hubby aso taking? Recently I jus bought herbal tea packs for men's health & women's health like raspberry tea, not sure whether is helps but I feel is gd for detoxify n hydrate the body...anyone tried herbal tea before?

for me i will grab any multivits off the shelf that is for women.
because i feel there is no time to waste you see?
i would prefer to make myself as healthy as i can before i think of anything else
of course there is no gauge to how healthy i can be
but at least i put in the effort

Hi Quincy1986, ok I have jus bought the women multi vitamins & cod liver oil, hope can boost my ovulation as my doc mentioned it helps women to ovulate...

Eggcatcher, hugsssss... ivf is really not everyone can understand how much u went through. Take your mind out of this for the time being. have a romantic date out with your hubby or enjoy a nice movie with red wine and who knows when you never think of it, it will just come. I work in a multi level company thus I eat my own company's brand multivitamin and fish oil.

Hi shijiaxin, welcome back. How old is your #1? Me too ttc #2 for the past one year already still no news. Disappointed with myself

oh past one year.
my boy now also took 1 or 2 years.
so i am thinking it will not be a short journey for no2 also.

speaking of multivits...i bought for my hubby too but he just recovered from like 1 week of fever.
so he has been putting off taking the multivits.
and he says the one i bought is heaty. he cant afford to drink a lot water in the day time as he is a driver.
so i bring to him at night. sometimes i will forget :p

Today is my cd1. So sad. I am really tire of the monthly failure. But glad that after stop tcm for last month, my cycle is back to 28days.

haha. so tcm lengthens your cycle instead?
u can consider a fertility specialist if u want to because u have been trying for a year.
my boss said she tried for 4 years before she got her second child.

Quincy1986, I am on tcm for the past 2 years cycle always regular. Only last 2 months not regular after I change tcm. I am not able to go back to the previous tcm as their opening hours really not suitable for my working schedule. I have tried fertility specialist before #1. Too ex and now my hubby sure against it as to him he say we already have one why still need to spend on specialist. He is always so positive and patience but is vice versa for me *shake head*. Wah if I wait another 3-4 years my age already up up up

oh if your hubby want to wait then wait lo.
for myself i might consider going for ivf.
because the egg and sperm quality are supposedly the best when doing ivf.
correct me if i am wrong.
dont say 3 or 4 years. if fate says it this way, what can we do?

Have u ever thought of enhancing the environment of your house to increase your fertility? I would like to share my story regarding this topic.
After the failure of trying to conceive for almost 2 yrs since the age of 33, i went to kk hospital to have a check up on my fertility. I was diagnosed that I have one tube blocked and there was no egg in my menses. So, confirmed that the infertility was my problem and my hubby was absolutely fertile. Doctor suggested we opt for ivf after 2months.
During the 'waiting period' I did lots of research about ivf. I understood that the success rate in my age maybe around 40-50%. But surely we still would like to give it a try. I was so stressed and never disclosed my infertility to any friends and relatives. During the waiting period, I read an article regarding the 'Environment and Fertility'. I invited a friend who is professional in the industry to audit the place we stayed as we wanted to enhance the success possibility of ivf desperately. He had a client went for ivf and failed for 5 times. With the adjustment of the client's place, the 6th ivf was finally success and the twins were delivered. After the audit of my place, i was really shocked and understood why we had difficulty in getting pregnant. Long story short, we adjusted those problematic sectors and miracle arrived. I got pregnant naturally within a month after we adjusted the environment of our place. The power and energy of environment are really having big impact on our life.

Quincy, why will you embark in ivf? You are consider quite ok in terms of fertility right?

Ditiantai, I had read about something similar but I guess that will also need to cost a bomb right. So in the end you got pregnant naturally or ivf?

Prayinghard, I got pregnant naturally though doctor confirmed I was infertile. The $ I spent on fengshui audit is surely less than ivf and don't mention the physical and mental stress If I need to go thru ivf. So, to me, it's worth spending

prayinghard: i am not sure if i have any fertility issues. i took about 1-2 years before i got pregnant and gave birth to my boy.
if i can get pregnant with 2nd one naturally of course it is good. but we don't know yet.
for ivf, if we need to consider, we consider as soon as we can.
because i think it is only logical to say success rate decreases with age.
same for our egg reserves. quality of the eggs decreases with age.
more interestingly, mostly the best eggs meet with the best swimmer in ivf.
so u mostly get the best of the genetics.

of course it is not an immediate consideration for me.
i am saying i might have to embark on it one day.
for the guideline is to try naturally for a year first.

Oh I pm as I tot is not convenience to disclose the fengshui master name here haha.
Ya ivf also relates to age. Hmm I just cannot bear to see the stress and injection one has to go through. And also financially. Sigh. I really hope I do not need to embark into this journey though both me and my hb age is catching up

my body has been feeling funny too.
after bd i got cramps. like menstrual cramps.
but i think its not possible for me to feel whatever that is going on inside me.

Ok, wish u luck and this will be your month k. My hubby already 37. Me 32.#1 is boy but took us 2 mc and then come after 3 years of trying. Hope #2 dun need to go through the same again
