Which type of potato is best for baking?

    There are so many types of potato in the market, which is most suitable for baking? Eg those baked potato served with steak at restaurant

    there's a type selling in cold storage and giant.. it comes in a very big pack... not sure if tt's e one u looking for but my fren bought it b4 for BBQ and the "texture" is same as those jack's place potato and she said tt type of potato is best for baking and BBQ...

    Issit red skin potato, sweet potato? Mmm... not sure, so I dun really have to buy those from USA?
