Ina. ko tok sah diet lahh.. tk perlu.. the most.. ko jage permakanan ko jek.. plus maybe buat sit up(s) cket2.. jadi perot tk lahh boncet sgt.. itu jek.. ko buat every morning sebelom ko gi keje klau mlm malas nk buat..
start w 10-15 sit ups jek dulu.. pastu ko increase by 5 pelan2..
