Lousy buffet caterer

ok. i shall not mention the caterer BUT wana vent my anger n disappointment here.
this buffetcaterer i order from SUCKS ttm. read from forum say their food is nice n service is good. but to my HORROR. it turns out TOTALLY DIFFERENT.

-LOUSY SERVICE( i asked them to come at 11:30 to set up but they came at 10:30, my guest not even here yet. the actual event start at 12.)
-FOOD PORTION IS DAMN DAMN LITTLE.
-SOME OF THE FOOD TURN SOUR JUS one hour after.
-my friend ordered from the same caterer he ordered 60 pax, i ordered 40 paxs. he also complain on the same thing. the drinks for 60 paxs n 40 paxs is the same.
-paper plated n cups NOT ENOUGH.

well overall its seriously a very very bad experience n i swear i won't order from them EVER AGAIN.

MUST mention caterer or else all of us will not know.

Pls mention cos my man yue is this weekend. I hope its not my caterer!

to add on. they gave my MIL Black face when setting up. like my MIL owe them a few million like that. call the caterer abt the food also answer back in serious attitude prob... well... things cannot b change cos i already paid them...

90 percent of my guest complain abt the food QUALITY as well as QUANTITY.
service I give 0 out of 10. SERIOUSLY.
the setup SUCKS, SERVICE SUCKS, FOOD PORTION SUCKS( I HAVE TO LAST MIN GO SAKAE SUSHI BUY 2 big set back plus BOIL MY OWN HOTDOGS, BUY SOME SNACKS LAST MIN.) FOOD SUCKS. EVERYTHING SUCKS. OMG. i seriously feel so paisae to all my guest that day. hais.....

pm all. very careful in chosing the right caterer.... those recommend from forum nid not b good.. best if ur friend recommend u. or best u tried it urself at friends/relative buffet .

i gt ur PM. the catering u gt really jialet. Will tell my others friens if they wan to order catering. Dun feel too paisae, ur friens noe is the caterer prom. Lucky no ppl got food poison.

Me usual order frm my aunite's frien so the catering come all in good order n the quantity also more.

yah.... next time have to ask from relatives n direct friends liao more reliable. imagine the whole day ppl keep telling me the food suck..(those closer friends n relative) i paisae till i dunon wat else to say other than sorry.

Ya, i understand the feeling when gt bad feedback. cos we all wan to be a good host when holding a celebration. Me last week jus celebrate my #1 birthday then extra guests come. Lucky the foods jus nice but my good sis comment foods nt enough. Feeling so bad.

at least the food is good. mine is everything not enuff, food suck n stuff.... u pregnant with second bb? congrats!

Haha.. the foods were prepared by my mum and myself. Cos i jus doing a small celebration for her, who noe their extra guests almost spoil it (me so bad). Somemore those extra guests is our family members, always last mins come, come or dun come also din wan to confirm. sian...

yah HATE IT... but this time rnd for my daughter buffet ard 5 guest confirm liao but nv come. FOOD STILL not enuff. sigh.

there's always such "nice" relatives around .. sickening one .. because of them if those confirmed guests dont get enough food, we also paiseh .. hais ..
