If your doc did not recommend you, you can take the initial blood test to test for down symdrome first. If there's nothing, then you can wait till ur 20th week detailed scan, your doc will do a thorough scan. If found something, then he will recommend you to do further test.

my mom just did a lump sum payment via cpf. ;) And that clears her loan. As long as your CPF has got enough to pay off, you can request to clear your loan by paying the lump sum via cpf. For re-financing, it's every 5 years if I did not remember wrongly. :D:)

oh yes, the supplies are ex! so now, i don't really buy them locally unless there's really good deal. in the pass, i also only use stickers and papers, keeping my album flat. now, really can't stand the flatness. haha! different scrappers has their own way. that's the uniqueness of scrapbooking...
