Thats part and parcel in life unless you decide you are gonna be a full time mum or have a very rich husband who dont need you to work outside. But when you see the baby after he/she is born out, you will feel all your pain and suffering is nothing and worth it.

Luckily for me, my mother look after my kids. I will pay her monthly allowance and on weekends, kids will stay with us. If me and husband need to go oversea, we can leave the kids under my mother's care.

I ever had similar experience as you. My ex maid is so lazy, make alot of mistakes. I give her chances after chances for 6 months and still no improvment. Thats when I send her back to agency and we decided we do not want to engage a maid anymore.
