Hi JJ2011, thanks. I didnt take any milk.. due to my serious ms, my gynae advise me not to take any dairy products. I hv already lost 4kg cos of this ms... :(

Gabrielle, it really feels terrible.. cant do anything at all.. I cant take public transport too.. cos I would want to vomit after a few stops.. quite bad! :)
