Yup, I'm always kiasu too! I also buy alot during Eu Yan Sang sale. If u do not want to take chicken essence, can try to eat more fish. It's jus that I'm really lazy sometimes, taking a bottle of chicken essence is much easier than preparing fish.

I have that same feeling too! I also tried the sacred tea before, but it doesn't work for me. I also didn't like the taste too. I used to take a lot of fenugreek, but soon it doesn't work for me too. And I found out that I smell like fenugreek when I took fenugreek pills.

I totally agree that chicken essence is a great product. But I like chicken essence from eu Yan Sang. It tastes better than Brands.

My Gynea gave me presciption for milk supply together with fenugreek. But I finish the medicine my milk supply decreased. I kept on taking fenugreek. But dun seem to work. In the end, I found out that taking chicken essence can really boost milk supply. So now i take one bottle a day.

I love coffee. I need to drink at least a cup a day. But I really dun know that caffine can cause so much discomfort in babies! OMG! My Gynea once told me during pregnancy that I could drink only one cup of coffee a day. I thought it's ok during breastfeeding too!
