Welcome Pearlie08 and theplastic! =)
4D scan was charged the same price as normal scan by my gynae but she's expensive. Think she charged $150.
Ask your gynae about it.
Sorry for late reply! =)
My 4D was done by my gynae, Dr Ann Tan. She's based at Paragon. Yes, the picture quality is good (can see face features hence the opinions of relatives that the baby looks more like me than my hubby). Ask your gynae if he/she can do 4D... they should be able to advise...
I've done the 4D scan. It's pretty awesome but you shouldn't do it too often. Has stronger rays. I just wanted to see his face =) And according to relatives, he already looks like me. I'm bummed that he seems to have a flat nose bridge like me. sigh...
Anyhooo, I'm tempted to do another 4D scan...
I called my contact and she directed me to this link for more information - Placenta Benefits.info (PBi) - Avoid the baby blues with placenta capsules. and mentioned that they dont't have a website yet. She charges $280 for pick up from hospital (with possible taxi surcharges if delivery after...
Yes, the cot I am getting will most likely be from Baby Kingdom. Agree that hypermart seems a little too fancy. But even Baby Kingdom is not that worth it. The clothes, wet wipes etc are cheaper at the OG sale.
Hi Everyone, we went to OG sale today but didn't buy much. The cots they have are too wide to move from room to room so think I will need to go back to Baby Hypermart for one of the thinner cots there.
We spent quite a bit at a wholesaler shophouse opposite the Kwan Yin Temple on Bencoolen...
Welcome Akuj0!! Twins!!! It is going to be really crazy... my friend who had twin boys said they had to get lots of notebooks to jot down all the different feeding times cos they were afraid the exhaustion would cause them to mix up the feedings =D
I mentioned to my gf (mother of 1-year old) about the Expo fair and she strongly recommended that I skip that. Instead she said I shld check out the OG sale so think I'll head there tmrw. Sounds like her advise was right given your experience today.
Anyone of you planning to eat the placenta after delivery? Heard of this practice before? Or any practice relating to the placenta?
Here's a link I found online about the topic - Eating the Placenta After Giving Birth - Is It Tasty OR Taboo?
Yes, very scary and painful experience indeed. Thanks for sharing. The hospital was very unprofessional... =(
Emergency C-sect is my nightmare now. I've been telling my son every other day to make up his mind for me how he wants to come out. If he wants natural, he must make sure right position...
Hi Jennifer, yes definitely interested to know why you went with C-section =)
usagibb - Thank you for sharing. Must have been very torturous. I am now very concerned about my 1.3kg reading. Want to snack on chocolates but switched to eating dried prunes instead. sigh...
