That is a very good suggestion. There are some of us who tend to snack a lot. If you're a "snack-a-holic" you should each 3 mid size meals and in-between have low calorie snacks. Avoid junk food at all costs! If you want to win some free beauty products you might want to try this contest here.

I agree but we all need some help. That's why people succumb to pills, supplements and other weight loss products. Myself, I don't believe in using pills and supplements. Never know what the long term effect will be. I am more keen on using body shapers and girdles like this.

Thank you for sharing. What brand is it? Was it effective? I saw their road show at Raffles Exchange. Met the boss. Very nice lady. She shared with me openly the good and bad points of her product. That's why I am considering buying the full set at promotion price.
