I've used quite a few brands:
Huggies: cutting is small
Fairprice: not bad, cheap but quite thick
fitti basic: thin, cheap, good. More suitable for day use
Mamy poko: very good. Holds well, use overnight.
Pampers active: same as mamy poko but a little thinner absorbs as much
Now for my second...
There are many shopping centres that have. Taka, suntec, nex, causeway pt, northpt, sembawang shopping centre. Actually I think most would have. Only concern is how many rooms available and whether comfortable :)
