Coffee & tea 1 small cup a day is ok.. Breastfeeding doesn't mean we sld abstain.. Just means we shouldn't over indulge. I drink half pack of tapao teh everyday but my milk also ok.. :) maybe partly because I drink plenty of milk & eat oats too?

Agree! Don't be afraid to be thick skin & ask everything u need even if u sound foolish. U paid for it & the LCs r very supportive of breast feeding. :) Make sure u can direct latch on your own b4 u leave. Sometimes the LC over enthusiastic la will keep spoon feeding u with help end up u go...
