anyone there who knows how to go about filing claim for maintanence?? i've not been receiving the maintanence since Sept 2010..

hey liang`jia.. same here... me & my kids all singaporean but he's PR only.. so confirm wont lose to him de.. but they have the new rules now that the conditions must be agreed by both parties (husband & wife) before the lawyers submit the papers to court. We do not have to attend court...

i just went thru divorce in Feb 2010. i've got 3 kids (2004/2006/2008) & i've got custody for all 3 of them.. normally, children under the age of 7 yrs, care & control will be given to the mother. Mine is a joint custody as according to my lawyer, court would want both parents to be responsible...
