I had jamu massage after my c-sect, no prob at all. Jamu lady will only do massage for c-sect 2wks after birth, 5th day for natural birth.. by 2nd wk, u wil feel much better.
I enjoyed the massage, it helps me relax too..
Don't worry. Get professional Jamu ladies, they wil know...
I understand hw u feel but hang on there..the painful days wil soon b over. It took me abt 2wks b4 the milk supply was consistent, along w/nonstop BF & pumping. its v painful but dun give up..think of the goodness BM can provide 2 yr bb. once the blocked ducts is cleared, everything will be...
I cook porridge w/lean pork or chicken, add pumpkin, red dates..when porridge abt ready, put in fish cook awhile, take out mash & mix it with porridge..can eat liao. :001_302:
can put brocoli, potato, carrots, minced pork, spinach...it will make the porridge taste nicer sweet.

I agree totally. Breastmilk is the BEST for babies. BF is also a kinda bonding for me & bb.
I also wld encourage u 2 continue BF.. Mayb u can persuade yr hubby that BF is gd 4 BB & moreover its cheap.. save lots o $.
Once u start 100% FM - wa, terok man, u can c the tin of FM...
It definitely changed my life alot. Everything now evolves around my little gal.
More tired n busy now but its all worthwhile when you jz lok @ your baby's smile.

I had c-sec too & was 100% BF my gal. My period didn't cm until 10mths later.
I think the more active u BF/express, the longer u delay the period fm coming bk.
Heavy menses after birth is normal-least heavier than b4 birth. dat's wat my mother tells me 2 :) usually its the case.its like never...
