Both my sister and I ordered from fostre for our babies' full month. Hers was last year and mine was just this month. Food portion is quite big and taste nice. Food also halal.

No, I was not allowed to see the process of injecting the epi then. The syringe was thick though. Did not manage to see the needle so do not know the size....
Have Epi is to numb your lower body so that you will not feel the pain during contractions as well as when pushing BB out (for natural). It will set your bill back by a few hundreds $. After Epi, need to take care of ur back else may have backache years later.
Without Epi, can feel the whole...
