you should direct feed you bb so that supply will increase / maintain. if you always pump our, chances are, your milk supply will dip slowly and you won't have excess. for me, i let bb latch on, then i pump after she has finished. the pumping is meant to stiumuate the breast / brain so that...

Re: how long can BM be kept? you could either thaw in the fridge on thaw it under running water. then shake a bit then heat up in a milk bottle. for left overs that has contact with Bb saliva....hmm the correct thing is throw lor...but i drink it myself.....hahahahah.. dun waste ma..

Re: how long can BM be kept? many books & hospital said differently. Both are just guide. No problem for 4hrs if generally the weather is cool. if dammn hot like now, then 2hrs la... TMC books also said if BM kept in deep frezzer -18 can last up to 6mths. This is were i kept all my milk...

Hi sugarcookie, Ur BB is still so young! All new born loves to be cradle n hug because they are not used to the outside environment. When they are in our tummy, is just so warm, safe, cosy. my bb is like that too....light sleeper, lots of carrying (and my arims, wraist ,etc are injured due...
